Guest use
Guest drafts stay in this browser session. Closing the session or clearing browser data can remove them. Sign in or export a backup for durable saving.
Signed-in accounts
Supabase provides authentication and stores your saved agenda under access controls tied to your account. Your email is used for sign-in.
Documents
Syllabus text extraction and date matching happen in your browser. Saved imported tasks can include their source text. Only import material you may use.
AI features
When you approve an AI syllabus import or résumé review, Legenda sends the supplied text and relevant role description to OpenAI. Read the processing consent before submitting. Review returned suggestions before adding them to your agenda. Provider security logs and retention follow the provider’s policies.
Payments
Card information is entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and customer portal. Legenda uses a Stripe customer reference and verified subscription status to check paid access; it does not collect or store card numbers.
Your controls
Settings lets you export your agenda, restore a backup, or clear saved content. Clearing an agenda does not delete its authentication account.
Service providers
Hosting and authentication providers may process request metadata and operational logs. Provider backups can follow their own retention periods.
External sources
Campus and employer links have their own privacy policies. Legenda does not sell agenda content or use advertising trackers.
